Refreshing Cucumber Salad

One of my favorite side dishes on a hot summer day is cucumber salad. I have fond memories of my grandma preparing a traditional vinegar based cucumber salad with vegetables fresh from the garden. I recently found an excellent recipe from Better Homes and Gardens and had to share it. One of the things that I love about this recipe is the ginger flavor. In my opinion, this recipe is perfect for a backyard BBQ!
